By using Brentwood Advanced Analytics LLC software ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We provide B2B software for the live entertainment industry, including analytics tools and operations management software, offered on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
The Service and all related technology are owned by Brentwood Advanced Analytics LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You retain ownership of your data.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

If you are not satisfied with our software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Email contact@brentwoodanalytics.com with your account details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period (month or year), after which you will not be charged again.
For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel anytime through your payment portal or by contacting us at contact@brentwoodanalytics.com. One-time purchases do not auto-renew and require no action to cancel.
Once your subscription ends, you will lose access to the software. You may export your data before cancellation. We retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.

We collect your account information (name, email, company), usage data from the software, and payment information processed securely via Stripe.
We use your information to provide and improve our software, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal requirements.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. We do not store credit card numbers.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers needed to operate our software and with legal authorities when required by law.
